From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12 p.m. Eastern time are dispatched on that day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will be processed on the following business day. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.


We offer Canada shipping with Canada Post. Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know. During maple season, delivery time may vary depending on the production.


No products can be exchanged or refunded, except for a defective product or an error occurred with your order. If necessary, we will pay the shipping costs.
